What It's All About
When Adam and Kathy Glover were called to sing at other churches, they had NO idea why or what God had in mind. They just simply answered the call.
In February 2005 The Glovers actually got a glimpse into the future of their ministry and saw the power of God really move in their services.
February 8, 2005, Kathy wrote “Saving My Life” with Zane King at his Journey Record studio in Smyrna, Tennessee.
Three days later, Adam and Kathy gave their testimony “publicly” for the very first time. At their home church, they talked about their history with abortions, their nearly failed marriage, playing the “church” game, and secrets they kept well hidden for nine years of marriage.
This incredible song and testimony came on the heels of nearly a year of post-abortion counseling/healing (Kathy) at Alpha Alternative, the local pregnancy crisis center. (21 years after her first abortion experience)
This past year has seen overwhelming\nnumbers of men and women come out of the darkness with past secrets,\nsome with deep, dark secrets they’ve kept inside for as many as 70\nyears. These revealed secrets include: rape, suicide attempts,abortions, divorce, even a witness to murder. According to The Glovers, it has been an extraordinary experience. Their testimony is giving people “permission” to talk about their pain and allowing Jesus to begin a process of healing freedom in their lives.
In April 2005, both Adam and Kathy completed a training course in Greenville, South Carolina, to facilitate post-abortion healing.
In October 2005, Kathy co-facilitated her first post-abortion Bible study, “Forgiven and Set Free.” Three of the women who participated in this study were there because they had heard The Glovers’ testimony in service. One of these women is in her late 50s and had an abortion 30 years ago. She had NEVER told anyone until she whispered in Kathy’s ear that night during a revival service.
Today, The Glovers know thousands of women and men can be reached with the healing message of Jesus Christ through their story. They are in the process of writing a book that will be offered along with a CD and video of their story. These tools will be packaged together and offered as a resource to post-abortion counseling centers across the country along with the song, “Saving My Life.” This is a dynamic song of thanks to God for his providential care and healing: “Through the years of pain He had heard my cry, and now I know that’s how God was saving my life.”
The Glovers are also expanding their ministry with speaking engagements in conjunction with women’s, men’s and family ministry resource programs.
God is placing The Glovers in the forefront of an incredible journey to especially begin to bring the adult victims of abortion to the saving and healing knowledge of Jesus Christ. They will also accomplish this task by helping to educate churches on post-abortion healing and by helping them set up post-abortion healing programs within the church.

First and foremost, The Glovers covet your prayers. God’s Word says “…the effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much” (James 5:16b). Please pray that The Glovers will be in the center of God’s will and that He will provide the opportunities and the means for this ministry to go forward as they are obedient to Him.
